The Antiques Scene in Florence
In the '1970s, Arezzo and Lucca were the only places in Italy where you could find monthly antique markets. Fast-forward to today, and there are more market days throughout the country than one can count or visit in a lifetime!
Markets typically open around 7 AM and go until late into the afternoon. Vendors often rotate between venues, securing pitches on a first-come, first-served basis, which creates a delightful randomness to the experience.
